1. Mobile device - Type m.charter.com in your mobile browser, tap Current Customer and My Account and Bill Pay to login. You can also set up automatic payments.
2. Login to your My Account at Charter.com/MyAccount click the Pay Bill Options Button. You can also set up automatic payments.
3. Your Bank website-your bank or any 3rd party payment site, sites other than m.charter.com and charter.com may charge a processing fee. Contact your bank or the 3rd party payment site for applicable fees.
4. By Phone - Call 1-888-438-2427 through our automated service
5. By Phone or chat on Charter.com with a customer service representative a $5.00 processing fee per transaction will be charged to your account using this method.
6. In Person at a Charter Sales and Service Center
7. By Mail - Include your coupon from your billing statement
