If you are experiencing Charter TV service issues: missing channels, interactive guide, no picture or poor picture quality
1. Go to m.charter.com
2. Tap Current Customer
3. Tap My Account & Bill Pay
3. Log into your My Account
4. Tap Refresh TV Receivers
5. Tap Refresh
6. All Digital Receivers (Standard, High Definition and DVR’s) in your home will be refreshed. This process can take up to 15 minutes to complete.
You can also refresh your Digital Receivers by logging into charter.com/myaccount
1. Click My Bill & Service Tab
2. Click My Services
3. Click Refresh
Online refreshes of Charter Digital TV equipment is limited to one every 15 minutes for a maximum of 3 refreshes in a 24 hours period.
You can also refresh your Digital Receiver over the phone by calling 1-888-438-2427 and saying "Refresh My Box" at the voice prompt.
